●復会時には事務手数料1.050円が別途必要です。
キャンペーン中は入会時に事務手数料を頂きます。
●月会費は銀行引き落しです。（引き落し手数料は不要です）
●団体会員様は会費の引き落としを１つの口座からいたします
●休会される場合、会費引落しの30日前までに所定の用紙に記入して提出してください。
●入会金・月会費の返還及び会期の延長はいたしません。

■ご入会方法 通帳･銀行届け印・入会金・当月日割分月会費と引落前月分までの月会費をご持参の上、

●There is ¥1050 reactivation fee required when you reactivate your membership.
Activation fee is required when you activate your membership during our promotional campaign.
●Your monthly membership dues will be electronically deducted from your bank account.
●Corporate Membership monthly dues will be electronically deducted from one's bank account.
●Appropriate paperwork is necessary to freeze your membership at least 30 days before your payment due date.
●Initiation Fee and Monthly Dues are NOT refundable. Membership period is NOT extendable.
